How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Keepscurrent Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Keepscurrent Mold Help
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short of what we expect may be removed. Note that Keepscurrent Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@keepscurrent.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If you do not like our reply, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
